Our Return Policy
Because all Teeglide products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we absolutely stand behind our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective in print quality
- Materially different from what was ordered
- Wrong item or wrong size shipped
We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Take photos — Photograph the issue clearly (damaged area, wrong print, etc.)
- Email us — Send to [email protected] or use our Contact form
- Include your order number — Found in your confirmation email
- We respond within 24–48 hours — With a replacement or refund decision
Important Notes
- Time limit: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- No return shipping needed: You do NOT need to send the defective item back
- Replacements: Ship free of charge with the same production timeline as new orders
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Size Issues
We recommend checking our size charts carefully before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we unfortunately cannot offer a free exchange — but we’re happy to offer a discount code for your next order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins (usually within 2–4 hours of placement). Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
